Ruth reads corrections about the pages. Femi reads anything with a number in it, and would genuinely like to hear from you if you work for an operator and can tell him a floor area.
We answer within five working days. If you are writing about a factual error, please include the page and, if you have one, the source. We will correct it and say that we corrected it.
What we cannot help with
- Bookings. We are not a travel agent and we have no relationship with any resort. Use the hotel's own site.
- Anything about your account, winnings or a dispute with a casino. We have no standing whatsoever. Take it to the venue, and then to Macau's regulator, the DICJ.
- Advertising, sponsorship and paid placement. The answer is no, and it is a settled no.

We publish when there is something to correct: a closure, a star that moved, a floor area an operator has finally admitted to. Perhaps eight times a year.
We ask for a name and an email. There is no phone field, because we do not want your number. By subscribing you consent to editorial updates by email and browser notifications. Notifications are delivered by OneSignal, Inc. (United States) as our processor, under the UK Addendum to the standard contractual clauses. OneSignal loads a script from its CDN, registers a service worker and stores identifiers in your browser's localStorage and IndexedDB. Your browser, not this site, asks for notification permission, and refusing it breaks nothing. Withdraw at any time by unsubscribing from any email or turning notifications off in your browser.
